We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with a product return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags for an exchange of item or a refund to the original amount paid.
If a product is returned without a valid receipt as proof of purchase we are unable to offer any refund.
If a product is returned in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags but without a valid receipt we may offer an exchange of item to the value of the lowest possible selling price.
We are unable to refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty by Warrington Wolves) earrings, underwear (inc. socks) and DVD's.
WolfWare Ticket Returns and Refund Policy
All Season Tickets and Match Tickets are non refundable. However if you return your ticket 24 hours prior to kick off we can offer to exchange the ticket for another Super League home fixture. We are unable to exchange tickets on the day of the game.
Transfers and Upgrades may be available up to 24 hours prior to Kick Off. Supporters must bring full Season Ticket booklet to transfer, upgrade or exchange any season ticket vouchers.

If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered, are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective the customer can notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery of order. Please send all emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
Whilst every action is taken to keep WolfWare Online updated, on some occasions an ordered product may be unavailable - mainly at peak periods such as Christmas and on fast selling promotional lines. In such circumstances WolfWare Online will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund.
