The following information explains our policies for the online shop.
Conditions of supply
Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of supply from our website. The terms are set out below. Please read them before placing an order. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will appear on our website.
The goods are sold at the price on our website at the date we receive the order from you. If we find that a pricing error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, if you wish, of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with a product return it to us within 14 days of purchase in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags for an exchange of item or full refund.

If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered, are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective the customer can notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery of order. Please send all emails to email@example.com
Once goods have been returned to WolfWare online, a credit will be raised against your credit/ debit card or PayPal account.
Please be aware this process may take up to 5 working days.
Delivery charges apply to our orders. You will be presented with delivery options and prices during the checkout process. Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them we will inform you. In such instances, you will either be given a full refund for the products in question or given the opportunity to receive a split delivery.
Certain products will be limited in their availability during seasonal peaks. We experience rushes in demand for products when they are newly released (e.g. Replica Kits and Season Tickets) and often have to sell products in high volumes very quickly (e.g. match tickets). Where we do experience difficulties, we will endeavour to inform you on the home page of this website and via other appropriate media. Please be aware that the following times are therefore a guide only.
Orders received Monday to Thursday - Delivery between 2 to 3 working days from order received
Orders received Friday to Sunday - Delivery between 2 to 3 working days from Monday
Delivery between 7 to 10 working days from order received
Rest of the World
Delivery between 10 to 20 working days from order received
All UK deliveries can be tracked (tracking number available on request by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number
This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.
